Is there really a free trial?+
Yes. You can use Attendly for 14 days with up to 10 employees, no credit card required. After the trial you can pick a paid plan or downgrade — your data is never deleted automatically.
How is "per user" billed?+
We bill per active employee per month, in EUR, via Stripe. We only count employees with active accounts on the first of each month — leavers stop counting immediately.
Can I switch plans?+
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the billing dashboard. Changes are pro-rated to the day.
Where is my data hosted?+
All data is encrypted at rest and hosted in Frankfurt, Germany on ISO-27001 certified infrastructure. We sign a DPA on request.
Do you offer discounts?+
Yes — annual prepay saves 15%, and we offer 50% off for verified non-profits and educational institutions.
